FAQ
Why did Montessori Academy of Naples get started?
The formation of Montessori Academy of Naples is an answer to a need within the Montessori community. The Board of Directors formed MAN to ensure that a traditional Montessori program will be available to the families of Southwest Florida  now and will continue to be available through the growth of the academy. The school will operate upon a strong, supporting administrative foundation and a sincere focus on an open-door policy that involves the parents, children, and teachers. A primary value of Montessori Academy of Naples is the relationship between the teachers and families—a relationship based on mutual respect and each child’s individual needs.

The founders of MAN include a group of mature faculty who are in the latter phases of their career paths. We are excited that they are willing to provide MAN the opportunity to grow a program centered on mutual respect and adherence to the traditional form of Montessori Method of education. The experience they bring to Montessori Academy of Naples will significantly benefit the children and adolescents of Southwest Florida.
